Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

During holidays, promotions, or high-volume sales periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Pocket Scent ATL LLC may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the order before it ships.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@pocketscentatl.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to assist in locating your package.

Pocket Scent ATL LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged package

  • Photos of the damaged product

We will review your claim and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Restrictions

Pocket Scent ATL LLC currently ships only within the United States.

Some fragrance products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to carrier regulations regarding alcohol-based products. Orders will be shipped using approved shipping methods.
