Refund & Return Policy

At Pocket Scent ATL LLC, we are committed to providing authentic, high-quality fragrances and excellent customer service. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all fragrance sales are considered final once opened or used.

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Decants, travel sprays, or sample sizes that have been opened or used

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
